Urban Ops: Surveillance II

Prerequisites:

• Successful completion of Surveillance I
• CONCEALED WEAPONS PERMIT or documentation of good character, AND BRING THOSE DOCUMENTS WITH YOU TO CLASS. If you do not have a concealed weapons permit, here is a link to the WSP background check service. If you are not a WA resident, please find your state's equivalent service. http://www.wsp.wa.gov/crime/criminal-history

Required Equipment:

• Cell phone and charger (ideally smart phone – if not, partner with student who has one)
• 1 car per two students minimum
• Clothing items that can be readily donned to change appearance, ball caps, etc.
• All food and drinks for both days
• Daypack to contain all of the above
• S-codes from Surveillance 1 (in your head!) and readily available for reference

We will provide:

• Radios and chargers
• Maps
• Surveillance kits

Optional Equipment:

• Small binoculars or monocular
• 35mm or DSLR camera with zoom
