Military Protective Detail

Developed to train those responsible for the security of corporate infrastructure and personnel in the specifics of personnel protection and site security low risk environments. Training will include but not be limited to; marksmanship skills with the handgun, duties of the security detail member, specialty duties and activities, handling of protected personnel, movement techniques by foot and vehicle, evasive driving techniques, communications, basic lifesaving techniques, infrastructure security and crisis management. Also included will be an introduction to criminal/terrorist element operations as well as individual protection measures as it pertains to the protected personnel.

This course is designed as an introduction to the basic workings of the protection detail with emphasis upon the skills necessary to operate as a member. Training will include but not be limited to; marksmanship skills with the handgun, longarm duties of the detail member, specialty duties and activities, handling of protected personnel, movement techniques by foot and vehicle, evasive driving techniques, communications, basic lifesaving techniques, improvised explosive device identification/search and crisis management. Also included will be an introduction to criminal/terrorist element operations as well as individual protection measures as it pertains to the protected personnel.
