LE Intensive Handgun Skills

This is a "shooter's" course with maximum range time. It stresses accuracy and speed but not speed at the expense of accuracy. This is the perfect course for shooters who want to maximize their self-defense handgunning, or for competitors who want to fine tune their technique.

The course includes equal amounts of paper and steel shooting. This is an updated version of the course taught to Military Special Operations, and draws heavily on techniques from the best shooters in the world. Learn not just how to be fast and accurate, but how to continually improve your skills with proven training methodology, practice routines, and selftesting. You WILL see a giant improvement in your speed and accuracy after this three-day course. The perfect course for firearms instructors!

economy of motion and economy of time
speed and accuracy against the clock and man-on-man
long range exercises
barricade drills
shooting while moving, shooting at moving targets
unusual shooting positions, and more

Required Equipment:

Reliable, functional handgun; duty belt, holster, and mag pouches; concealment belt holster (rigid) with sturdy belt and mag pouches; 2000 rounds of jacketed ammunition (minimum); 3 magazines (minimum); hearing and eye protection.
