Aircraft Assaults

This course will teach the most modern and up to date version of dynamic clearing as is being used by the worlds best Hostage Rescue and Counter Terrorist Teams, with an emphasis on completing the mission with the team sizes and equipment available to Law Enforcement SWAT teams.

Subjects covered: Mission planning, team organization, intelligence gathering, rehearsals, Rules of engagement/Use of force based on mission statement, movement to the objective, breaching the target, clearing tactics, alternate force options, use of distraction devices, less lethal munitions, downed officer drills, integration of tactical EMS, and more.

This course is perfect for the new SWAT member or for the experienced member who wants to update his skills. It is also highly suggested for Team Leaders and Assistant Leaders. Patrol Officers who are planning on becoming SWAT Officers are also encouraged to attend.
